Meditation Classes (General Programme) Schedule Drop-in
classes that show clearly how to find peace of mind during our busy
lives. Each class consists of a talk, meditation and time for
questions. Through training in meditation and applying our
understanding to our daily activities we can overcome our problems
and develop greater happiness in our lives. Classes are accessible to
all regardless of previous experience or spiritual background. Classes are
held at the following locations and days during term time
